After my event last night at the Masquerade I ran into a man that most of us in Atlanta have passed many times before. He stands on the corner outside of venues as shows are getting out, playing his trumpet, hoping that you can spare a dollar or two. Instead avoiding eye contact, casually dropping my change into his case, and walking away, as most that night did, I stopped, took some pictures, and talked to this man about his life.
